Frame

Not only is The Boat Guard Fast, Easy and Reliable... ...It's also STRONG and Well Built! Check out the frame under the fabric cover.

Side Rails

The side rails attach on either side of your boat over your existing rub rails and screw into the plywood of your deck, creating a very strong bond.

The side rails are made from 1/8 in. extruded aluminum with 1 in. of bridging inside. They are solid and made to take a hit.

Side Panels

The Side Panels fit inside the Side Rails and extend and retract the cover system. They are made from strong, durable stainless-steel tubing and thick aluminum.

Notice the side panels have wheels at the bottom, so when you're using the cover, it's rolling. Not sliding.

The Boat Guard is a MANUAL cover system. NO MOTORS to BREAK DOWN!!! Motorized covers are not reliable and, in most cases, have problems that need repairs in the first or second year. If a motorized cover breaks down when it's covered, you're not opening it. If it breaks down when it's uncovered, you're not closing it. With The Boat Guard, you don't have to worry about that, and you can use your cover year after year with CONFIDENCE; and The Boat Guard is HALF the PRICE.

Our STRENGTH and DURABILITY had been tested in the past. We covered 6 firework barges. On one of them, a commercial firework exploded as it came out of the tube and caught the cover on fire. All we had to do was clean up the frame and replace the fabric, and they are still using it today.

We got this from a customer in Fort Myers. This cover went through HURRICANE IRMA. They had 150 MPH winds for 16 HOURS. When he got there, somehow his boat ended up in his neighbor's lawn. He had high praise for the cover, saying the cover took the brunt of the storm, leaving not a scratch on the brand-new boat he just bought. He said in fact he could still open and close it, but it needs a little repair on the back end. We repaired it for him, and he is still using it today.

This boat was on Wixom Lake, one of the lakes in Michigan where the dam broke. The water rushed out of the lake so fast, the boat flipped over and rested on the cover.

He texted me:

"That is my boat. I really think the cover saved the boat from major damage. Can you give me a price for a new one? Thanks. Another advertising gimmick for ya. If your boat rolls, we got you covered. lol."

This is what a finished cover looks like from the inside. We affectionately call this guy the SLEEPING GUY. He was sleeping on the boat the whole time we were building the cover around him. He finally woke up when we were finished.
